Our suppressors carry a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser. This covers normal use and does not include baffle strikes or damaged caused by neglect, abuse or improperly aligned host firearms.

Only factory loaded 9mm, 9mm Luger, 9 x 19, 9mm+P, .380 .22LR or SUBSONIC .300 Blk / .300AAC.

147 grain or heavier for the best decibel reduction, however you can use any grain of 9mm bullet depending on the users application.

We recommend cleaning and oiling after EVERY range outing or every 300 rounds if on the same day.

You can use any gun cleaning solvents and merely wipe everything down with a soft cloth. You may also use a bronze or nylon bristle brush for removing carbon buildup. It is permissible to use ultrasonics or even tumblers to clean the baffles of the suppressor. Never place the tubes, pistons or end caps in a tumbler. Make sure that ALL media is removed prior to assembly. Also, make sure to remove any solvent residue before reassembly.

You will need to call customer service at 828.684.4355. Once a Return Authorization is issued, you will ship the suppressor directly to us at 15A National Avenue, Fletcher, NC 28732. We will evaluate the suppressor and quote the cost of replacement baffles or other damaged components.

The pressure generated is sufficient to collapse the baffle stack causing irreversible damage to the baffles and or the tubes. This is considered neglect regardless of it being an intentional or accidental act.

You should replace the o-rings when any tears or separation occurs. It is highly recommend to apply oil and lubricate all o-rings regularly.

Yes. All suppressor coatings and finishes will show wear over time depending on use. Finishes and coatings are not warrantied for suppressors.

Your suppressor is full auto rated for 9mm, .380 or .22lr ammunition only. When using subsonic .300 blackout you should limit the rate of fire to no more than 10 rounds a minute
